Shipping
All orders ship with 100% recyclable and compostable packaging.
Due to COVID-19, the USPS has continued to experience moderate delays on domestic and international orders. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Shipping rates are calculated by USPS at checkout and are dependent on the weight of the item(s) purchased. Orders process and ship within three business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Packages ship from the United States to the address provided at checkout. A shipping confirmation, including tracking, will be sent to the email provided once the item is shipped. Ofelia Vintage is not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country. All customs and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware that international shipping may take some time. Even if your package arrives in your country quickly, it can be held at customs, and this is out of our control. If you refuse a shipment from Ofelia Vintage, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping rates, along with any Important Fees that are added on the package, plus the cost of returning the package to Ofelia Vintage.
As a reminder, once packages are shipped, they are out of our hands. We cannot control mail carriers, arrival times or delivery attempts. Ofelia Vintage is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Exchanges and Returns
Due to the delicate nature of vintage items, all sales are considered final. Ofelia Vintage will not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. We take great care measuring and inspecting our garments. Please take into mind that vintage clothing has often had a previous life and signs of wear may be present. We note all noticeable flaws in the descriptions.
Feel free to contact us at shopofeliavintage@gmail.com if you have any questions and/or concerns regarding vintage condition and fit. Please make sure to check all measurements of the garment before purchasing, as we will not accept returns due to fit. Vintage garment sizes are not the same as those of today. To ensure the best fit, we suggest you compare them to similar garments that you may have. All our measurements are taken whilst the garment is lying flat. We then double these measurements to reflect the actual size on figure. Feel free to contact us if you would like more photographs or measurements. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance and we would love to answer any questions you might have to guarantee your purchase from Ofelia Vintage is a happy experience.
Color may vary from monitor to monitor. Please ask questions before you purchase if this is a concern as returns will not be accepted for color variation.
I have never purchased antique or vintage clothing before. What should I expect?
All the garments and accessories from Ofelia Vintage are antique and vintage, which means they will show signs of wear. We make a huge effort to accurately photograph and describe any flaws. Please carefully review the photos and descriptions included for each item to make an informed decision. We try to source vintage in the best possible condition, however, vintage clothing has been worn and loved. This often means there are signs of wear. We feel that this is part of the garmentβs charm, as each item has a history and tells us a story.
How can I tell if a garment is my size?
We include specific and detailed measurements on each of our items, as well as an approximate x-small, small, medium, large, or x-large. We recommend you measure a garment you already own that fits you well and compare it to the measurements on the garment you are interested in.

What if I measure wrong? Can I return a garment if it does not fit?
Due to the delicate nature of vintage items, Ofelia Vintage will not accept returns. That said, we are here to help and answer any questions you might have by emailing shopvintageofelia@gmail.com.
Do you offer layaway?
At this time, we do not offer layaway. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I am purchasing something as a gift. How are your garments packaged?
Though we do not offer specific gift-wrapping, each garment comes lovingly wrapped in Ofelia Vintage tissue paper and ribbons.
I am looking for a certain kind of garment, but it is not listed in your shop. Can you still help me?
Ofelia Vintage is constantly sourcing, which means we often have items that have not hit the shop yet. If you are craving a particular item, please email shopofeliavintage@gmail.com. We are happy to let you know if we have recently acquired a piece that might do the trick or keep an eye out for you in the future.
As some items are very old, how are items cleaned?
The short answer is yes. However, most vintage garments cannot be thrown in the washing machine and dryer like modern clothes. That said, we know you want your new vintage pieces to feel fresh, which is why we launder and care for each garment. Your garments will always arrive to you carefully laundered and cared for, just keep in mind the method is different for each piece. Please inquire further about specific garments if necessary.
Can I email an offer or request a discount on an item?
Offers or requests for discounts will not be accepted. Pieces in our shop are priced as marked, reflecting each itemβs quality and worth. As Ofelia Vintage is a one-woman show, pricing has been carefully calculated.
