Ofelia Vintage is a female-owned, small business that prides itself on providing an option for people to shop secondhand and choose ethical fashion first. Named after my grandmother, a seamstress who appreciated well-made garments and collected vintage herself, has continued to inspire me throughout my life to appreciate slow fashion. Vintage and antique clothing is steeped in history, and learning or dreaming of each item’s story is half the charm in wearing it. 

In addition, by shopping vintage you are not only purchasing something one-of-a-kind but you are also decreasing your carbon footprint. Buying something pre-loved gives these vintage treasures a new home, while also decreasing unnecessary waste and limiting the need to shop fast fashion.
